Back in April, I was asked by Heritage if I wanted to represent our church in Malawi in August of 2010. I immediately jumped at the idea and said I would definitely love to do that! A couple weeks later I was told that the trip was actually going to be taking place in August of 2009. I was caught a little off guard since I was in the mind set that it would be over a year before I would be going. However, I still jumped at the opportunity and I am putting my faith in God to make this trip happen in such a short amount of time.
So my journey to Malawi begins now with much planning, praying, meetings, fundraisers, and other many important things to come!!!
